RESERVATION. Reservations shall be confirmed for a group of car but not for specific vehicle. However we will do our best to reserve the car you prefer.
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD. 24 hours (one day). Renting a car or a minivan with a chauffeur the minimum rental should be not less than 1 hour.
PRICES. Stated rental prices are for trips within Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia). For trips outside Baltic States prices may change. Rental price includes unlimited mileage, personal liability insurance, collision damage waiver, passenger and theft insurance, 24/7 road assistance and agreement fee. VAT is not included in the rental price. UAB "Aruna LT" reserves a right to make rental price changes without futher notice.
PAYMENTS. Rental fees are collected at the beginning of rental period. Cash, bank transfers and the following major credit/debit cards are accepted: VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO and American Express All cash rentals will require a deposit of 1000 LTL (or equivalent in foreign currency).
DRIVER REQUIREMENTS. The primary renter of the vehicle must be 18 years of age. At least half year driving experience and a valid driving license are required. An experienced chauffeur can be provided for an additional fee.
ID. Passport or photo ID and driving license ar required to rent a car.
INSURANCE. All our vehicles are fully insured. Insurance cover CDW (collision damage waiver), PAI (personal accident insurance), TI (theft insurance), TPL (third party liability) valid in all Europe . Renter’s limited responsibility in case of theft or accident - up to 1000 LTL. Insurance costs are included in car rental prices - there is no additional fee for insurance.
ADDITIONAL INSURANCE. Renter can minimize his/her responsibility in case of theft or accident to 0 LTL. This costs additional 30 to 60 LTL per day - depending on the car type and rental period. (VAT is not included).
ADDITIONAL DRIVER. No extra rates for additional driver.
DELIVERY / COLLECTION. Delivery and / or collection in and outside the city of Vilnius can be arranged upon request 24/7 (additional fee will apply).
REPLACEMENT CAR. Replacement car is provided free of charge upon the request.
EQUIPMENT. All our cars are equipped with CD radios, AC, central locking and remote control systems, alarm and immobilizer system against theft.
REFUELLING CHARGE. A special fee applies for returning the car with tank not completely full.

AIRPORT FEE AND DELIVERY TO BALTIC STATES. There is 100 LTL airport fee at Vilnius and Kaunas airports. Delivery to other Lithuanian towns or Baltic states for aditional cost.
ROAD MAPS. Maps and tourist information guides are provided at no additional cost.
RESTRICTIONS. Our cars may not be driven outside the Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia ) and Poland.
FORCE MAJEURE. UAB "ARUNA LT" reserves a right to cancel existing reservation through unforseen circumstances. Cancelation notice will be sent via email or client will be notified by phone.
